Over the years, have you noticed a continued decline in the level of service offered at restaurants, stores, and other service related businesses? To counter my disgust, and accompanying negative vibe, I decided to instead congratulate and celebrate those select few that offer a level of service way above and beyond the call of duty. Those offering such sensational service need to know how much it is appreciated, and hopefully in some way encourage them to continue to offer the maximum, striving for greater personal success in their own lives.
Thus, once again, take a big breath and give yourself a GIANT at-a-boy (or at-a-girl) on your MAXsational efforts! That is what MAXsational.org is all about… CELEBRATE YOU! You are terrific! You are MAXsational!

OK, what’s the deal with the Dog?
That no ordinary dog…that’s MAX, The World’s Greatest Dog!
When trying to come up with the perfect award name to recognize your efforts, Maximum and Sensational were very obvious choices to describe great service.
Maximum (Max) was an easy choice because of Max, my best friend. Yes it’s silly, but really related: When you come home from work, your dog doesn’t care how bad a day you’ve had; they simply love you in the moment. MAXsational is that simple: regardless of all the other things going on in the past, or outside of your work, you were able to focus “in the moment,” offering your MAXimum, yes and even sometimes despite me, Mr. Customer!
NO, you are not a “dog!” YES, you have the overwhelming capacity to set aside all other things and offer great assistance to others.
Are YOU beginning to get it…YOU have demonstrated the attitude and ability to outperform most everyone else around you. Do YOU get it? You have great opportunities ahead of YOU with your MAXsational EFFORTS and ATTITUDE.
